Bioguard : Our latest durable anti-microbial innovation.

Since the Co-Vid 19 outbreak, our R&D team has been testing various types of anti bacterial treatment. Most anti bacterial treatments have been applied to polyster and nylon, using nano-sized silver, zinc, or other heavy metal substances. Although the effectiveness is apparent, for some they are concerned that heavy metal substances might create potential illness. In our perspective, we feel cellulose fibers such as cotton, or modal are more comfortable to wear, but the main weakness on their property is that the anti-bacterial treatment durability has always been the main issue. After multiple tests and experiements, we have developed Bioguard, which is an anti-bacterial treatment that contains non heavy metal, non-consumptive, and is effective 99.99% even after 100 times wash.

We believe fabrics that are treated with Bioguard is very suitable to be made into masks. It is highly breathable, comfortable, and durable.
